Newly built and new to the villa rental market, The Palmer is located on the gated Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course, offering nighttime security, tennis courts, and is right in the heart of Grace Bay. Across the street is one of our favourite beach accesses, to which you can walk or drive, parking easily at Ricki's Beach Bar & Restaurant. (Please note that golf and tennis are booked through the Golf Club for a fee.)

The main villa has 3 king bedrooms with indoor & outdoor showers, living room, dining room, screened patio with dining table, a BBQ, and an outdoor TV. With its own private entrance, plunge pool, and two patios, the guest house features a king bed with an ensuite, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Both kitchens are well equipped with all the cooking essentials.

For your beach time, we provide umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers.
