"This home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It had everything that was needed and more. Brian was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so relaxing and decorated in such an island vibe and refreshing manner. The front porch was lovely with plants everywhere and local shell decor. I would stay here again!"

"The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. "

"The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck...

"We loved our visit to Turks and Caicos and especially loved waking up every morning and enjoying the beauty of Chalk Sound. Adele was wonderful and very helpful. We were grateful to have an air mattress on site. The only important note is having a rental car is a must and it’s so wonderful to explore the island, however driving is “adventurous”. Still we wouldn’t do it any other way and would absolutely love to return and stay here once again."

"We ( family of 4)had a wonderful time staying at this lovely villa. It was so peaceful, away from the Grace Bay Bay Area and all the resorts. The day we arrived there was a torrential down pour and there was some flooding on our drive from the airport- and we regretted our choice in car rental, but the car managed fine on some pot holes roads. "We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"
