“The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended.”

“Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. Ilario gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and made sure we had all the information we would need for our stay. We had a super week as a family of 5 adults, enjoying the views whilst having an apperitivo under the veranda or swimming in the fantastic pool. The villa is well equipped and very clean! “Giuseppe and Cinzie were absolutely lovely hosts - very helpful but not intrusive at all. There was a gorgeous welcome pack of food, beers, wine and home made limoncello which was fabulous! The house was perfect for us and Bagni Di Lucca is a great location, especially to go and see the numerous hilltop villages nearby alongside your tourist towns such as Lucca and Florence. “Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist super schön. Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Da wir zum Beginn der Saison (Ende Mai) waren, waren das Haus und der Pool anfangs richtig kalt, aber mit dem sonnigen Wetter ist alles wärmer geworden. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich aber auch besonders. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ”

“We had a lovely holiday (family with 5 kids, age 11 to 23), peaceful and quiet and with the option to go out for a good meal nearby. Culture and swimming to be found with a car ride of 20 min, a beautiful mountain lake for swimming and nice little towns. Lucca and other more touristic places are a bit further, still good to do by car. The house and garden are spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice addition is the separate part of the house which contains a bedroom, a bathroom……

“Nice location in a pretty village approx 20 minutes from Lucca by car. We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. Vanessa was a lovely host, very friendly and had very helpful staff upon arrival to assist us with our bags and show us to our room.
