Casa Mimi is a charming Tuscan cottage with a private swimming pool for exclusive use, set among olive groves and a small woodland in the hills between Lucca and the sea.
The house, garden and pool are entirely for your private use – you will not share any spaces with other guests.

The property is ideal for outdoor living and enjoys sunlight from sunrise to sunset.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool (open from April to the end of October, depth 1.20 m) with sun loungers and a fully fenced pool area, offering extra safety for children.
You will also find a covered loggia for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a well-kept garden.

🐶 Pets welcome

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome.
The owners live in the house opposite, work during the day and ensure maximum privacy and discretion. They have a friendly and calm Golden Retriever.

Casa Mimi is located about 500 m from San Martino in Freddana, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bakery and other services.
A tennis court is approx. 600 m away.
Lucca and the Versilia coast are easily reachable by car.
