“We where absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty and the soul of this place. It was practical, beautiful, stylish, confortable, Very very well equiped. It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. The welcoming when check in was easy and kind, efficient, just wonderful. Moreno was like un angel that do a lot of things for you but you hardly notice him around. This is a more than a perfect place to have fun,……

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut”

“Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

“It was a pleasure to spent a time at Casciano villa. We have great time with our friends and kids (6x adults, 5x kids: 4-10 years old). Pool area, amazing views, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. Silent and nature- if you like it- this is a place for you:) In my opinion kitchen is well equipped, 3 bathrooms are available with shower and bathtubs, with washing machine, villa is really clean. There are a stone stairs inside (for families with small babies it might be challenging). Property……

“Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants.”

“We had an amazing holiday in this beautifully restored farmhouse set in a stunning location. Rolling hills, incredible sunsets and the spacious living areas and grounds, made it a holiday to remember. Luisa and family were very welcoming and attentive hosts. We especially enjoyed their recommended caterer who came to the villa to provide a delicious locally sourced meal. Also, the opera in Macerata was a highlight! “Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location……

“We stayed in the villa as a large family with the majority of us young adults in their 20s. Bev was extremely flexible with our booking and quick to reply to us. The villa is lovely and the pool and scenery is just stunning. It is even more beautiful than the listing photos. The beds are comfortable, all the rooms had en-suites.
