“This apartment was a find. It was spacious and well decorated with lots of nice touches. Emanuela and David were wonderful hosts. They were kind and attentive. We were greeted with a wonderful cake, several large bottles of water and a bottle of champagne. If your travel plans include Parma, this is a perfect option.”

“Location of appartment is perfect. Spacious place in the city center. Nice interior. However, if you're a fan of a nice shower, the old-fashioned bathtub is less than perfect...”

“This apartment was in a great quiet location with an easy walk to the heart of the center. The apartment is one flight up from ground level (no elevator). The kitchen was small but not quite equipped to cook a full meal (no microwave or any spices/condiments or dish towels ). The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The living/dining room was spacious as well but seating was only one couch. Overall, it was a reasonably priced apartment and it served its purpose for location, quiet and……

“Our host was so sweet. Took good care of us. Will never forget the kindness. I gave it a 4 star because the listing was confusing. I thought I was checking into a place with a sofa as well as a daybed. The pictures I saw in my listing matched everything except that. But love Parma and host was amazing. ”

“Posizione: imbattibile!

“We liked the location being close to everything especially the fruit stand in front and the pizza place directly across. Easy 15 min walk from train station, unless you have large luggage and hot outside. Was to take taxi. Parma is a nice place to visit. Good shopping good food. Also went to a book signing and talk in the main piazza Guardino. I would recommend staying in this area and the “new” Parma side. The old Parma is slightly sketchy. Thank you Anna Maria. Very. Cute amd clean place.”
