“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. “Nice boutique hotel in a safe, shopping area of Milan - easy walk to sites and restaurants. Easy check in with a lift. Only issue was a/c was leaking and the floor was all wet. The girl came and looked at it but it kept leaking. Room was a good size and had everything we needed.”
