The location is great and visiting the tourist attractions such as Pisa, Lucca and Siena are very easy by car. The local pizza restaurant in Terriciola is amazing. Franco and Mara were so friendly and helpful, providing recommendations of places to visit in and around the local area. I would highly recommend staying here!!"

"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

"Property good location on beach. But property heavily advertised the ability for outdoor dining and using the barbecue. This doesn’t exist… we contacted the owners but was just advised that it wasn’t in use ( and doesn’t look like it has ever been).Property needs some basic repairs… shower screen, new pillows, not enough bowls, glasses etc. ground bedroom damp "
