“Fantastische locatie rustig en mooi uitzicht. Veel privacy. Het huis zelf is van binnen wat verouderd. Maar alles is aanwezig”

“We hebben genoten van ons verblijf van één week. Prima locatie binnen half uur afstand van Florence en/of Siena. Supermarkt(Coop supermercado) binnen 10 minuten. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst inclusief uitleg van het huis door Giovanni. Goede bedden incl bijbehorende sanitaire voorzieningen. Tuinmeubilair is ruimschoots aanwezig incl (niet door ons gebruikt) Barbecue. Indien wij nog een suggestie zouden mogen doen: Kussens op diverse tuinmeubels zouden vervangen mogen worden en een eigentijds……

“This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. He wasn't 'in the way' he just wanted to be around humans. :-) The ONLY negative I can say is that the road up to the……

“L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Maurizio, le propriétaire est très serviable, poli et sympathique. L’emplacement est un magnifique oasis de tranquilité entouré de vignobles et d’oliveraies. Attention, le site est difficile d’accès et l’escalier qui mène à l’étage également.”

“Mouse and lizard infested. Mouse droppings everywhere! Worst mattresses I ever selpt on. Just a box spring with a mattress topper. Pool had no filter system and was very dirty Wifi was virtually non existant. It was so hard to find and maintain you might as well say it wasnt really there. You need a 4 wheel drive to feel safe getting up the driveway. BBQ was barely functional and falling apart. Would definetly not recommend. Advertisement is completely deceiving. The whole unit is in general……

“We had a wonderful 7 day stay. The location is perfect. It is an easy drive to all the towns in Tuscany. The property is beautiful and quiet. The views are amazing. Patrizia was a great host and very helpful with restaurant and winery recommendations.”
