“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“The decor was a little dated but everything else was great. Excellent walking distance to the UNESCO sites. Our tour was easy to arrange. Restaurants were easy access and the food was great. The outdoor space was very inviting in the square. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Maybe not a 5 star hotel but it more than met our needs. ”

“Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sehr sauber. Strandabschnitt, der zum Hotel gehört (Liegen sind leider wie überall eher teuer) sehr ruhig und ordentlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein. Leckere frische Früchte und Kaffee war auch super. Für jeden etwas dabei.”

“Gran bella struttura. Molto curata e confortevole. Camere e bagni di dimensioni generose. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e' già nella zona a traffico limitato quindi in pieno centro. ”
