「The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet 」

「还不错的酒店，离主要汽车站5分钟路程，出行方便，设施、服务等都还不错，早餐也丰富可以，唯一缺点就是没电梯，楼梯搬行李，也没办法老房子改造的。总体很好。」

「酒店位置是典型的托斯卡纳风光的核心地带，开车一小时左右可以到达很多托斯卡纳典型风光的山谷或小镇。缺点是离超市比较远购买生活用品不方便，周边餐饮也没有太多选择。双卧室的公寓房还不错带完整厨房，缺点是只有一个浴室和厕所。Wifi信号也不是很好。网站上说的私人泳池其实是和整栋楼的其它四个公寓共用的，这点预订前请注意。」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.」
