「We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach. 」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
