The property was perfect for our three-day stay in Provincetown, and I would definitely stay here again. The location was good, close enough to Ptown to walk or ride our bikes; the beach is right across the street, and a Tesla supercharger is just around the corner. The place was clean, bright, and quiet. It matched the description and listing pics, so no surprises!

Great location!

The neighborhood is quiet and just a few steps from a bay beach. There's a wonderful view from the deck. House is comfortable, cozy and just a mile walk into town to reach restaurants, coffee houses and shops.

Gorgeous vista

This condo is well named. Gorgeous vista, clean, quiet and very close to the vibrancy of downtown Provincetown, the National seashore and cape cod bike trail! Beds are comfy and nice balcony for sitting and sipping.

Very cute and pretty place with a spectacular view

Spectacular view of the water. Really close to town. Only a 1 mile walk that is very beautiful. Very cozy and cute rooms and comfortable.

Nice stay

Had a nice stay at this condo. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad. I didn’t give a perfect rating because the condo was outdated with finishings and the coffee maker was kinda cheap and flimsy. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Nice waterfront view from the living room area.

Very charming and quaint. Very clean. Has most of the amenities that you'd expect (bring a hair dryer). Perfect place to stay for a two or three friends or a couple with two young children. More than 3 could be done, but would be cozy. Not far from Provincetown - could walk there if the weather is nice.

We loved this little condo - pictures are totally accurate and so wonderful to have such a gorgeous view. Feels even a little more spacious than the photos because the two bedrooms are down a long hallway. We walked to the East End Market multiple times for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. Also walked to Fanizzi's for a lovely dinner, and all the way into town to hang out and have a delicious lunch at Patio. And can walk down Snail Road and get to the National Seashore! Lovely all around and great friendly neighbors.

Gorgeous view, conviniently located

We really enjoyed our stay here over thanksgiving! It was nice sized for our group of 4. Very conviniently located for a ~2mile or a short drive to the historic district. The views are amazing and was the main selling point for us when we booked the house. The views lived up to our expectations! The beach right across the street was particularly nice to walk at during low tide. We My only two gripes were that there were no comforters on any of beds, and the shower didnt drain well. Our second night the temperature went to high 20s and we really had to crank the heat because we didnt have proper bedding.

Bay view on the outskirts of town

Nice view of the bay, generally very quiet and clean. Kitchen is very small with little counter space so I wouldn't plan to do extensive cooking but its a pleasant 1 mile + walk into town for many food options and location on the edge of town made it easy to get in the car and see the sites. No AC in the living area so I imagine it could get quite hot mid summer but it was fine for us in September. Check in was seamless but if you want to actually talk to a person, that was more difficult.

Beware

This listing is inaccurate. Let’s begin with the filthy living room furniture, which we were unable to use for the entire stay. Also, says air conditioned, which is not accurate. There are only two window units in the bedrooms. VRBO and VACASA did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist in making things right. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointing this condo was in reality. Vacasa said they would send someone to steam clean and then texted to say there was no team available. This is shocking considering the size of their company. Spent well over three hours with VRBO and they only offered a $150 refund, which their fee was over $300. Vacasa added insult to injury with a $100 refund. I spent over $2800 for this place based on their inaccurate listing. Also, bring your own coat hangers. However, one bedroom closet is packed with crap and has no room for your clothing. The Brady’s from 1970 called and want their condo back. The location is great and there is a beautiful updated condo below this one, which I would highly recommend you rent.

Ptown bay side

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is somewhat dated but in a great location. Walking to Ptown is a little too far, but there is a bus stop in front of the rental that is free and runs to Ptown.
