ABOUT THE UNIT
Downstairs is a living room with a large, flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming (no cable), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and half bath. There is in-unit laundry (supplies provided) and a private back deck with grill. The bedrooms are upstairs with a recently renovated shared bathroom. One bedroom is larger than the other and both have a queen size bed, closet and dresser. Linens, towels, paper products (tissue & toilet paper), and bath products (soap, shampoo, body wash) are all provided.
NOTE: This apartment shares walls with year-round neighbors, so guests should be mindful of noise, especially at night. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
