The Bungalow was very comfortable and clean. It was furnished just right for my group's needs. The beds were soft and comfortable with two gathering areas and plenty of space.

This is a great property. It is clean, centrally located, convenient, and comfortable. There is plenty of off street parking. I appreciated having a television in each of the four bedrooms. The hosts/owners were immediately accessible to answer questions. We were able to stream programs and games effortlessly on the TV via the Internet. I couldn't hear any movement from the other three bedrooms, so the owners must have installed a lot of sound proof insulation. Be sure to bring your own Kuerig coffee cups because those aren't included. We have lots of family in Utah, so we will be sure to rent this home next time we are in the area. Our stay exceeded expectations! Super clean, well appointed, modern, comfortable furnishings and beds. Our family of 8 came in after a long day of driving and enjoyed games in the living room together with ample space. Bedroom arrangements made it possible to sleep 8 comfortably. Private, safe off-street parking. Def would stay here again!

The property was well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable! We stayed in downtown Provo for a wedding and while it was a quick 3 days and nights, we packed it full! Over Labor Day weekend, Thurs to Sunday, we were able to walk four blocks east and attend the Latino Festival, 2 blocks west for the farmers market, and one block north for salsa/bachata and country swing dancing at Arlington Hall! All of that was in addition to the wedding we attended at the City Center Temple just down the street within walking distance! It’s perfect that the house was divided into two units so the kids could have their own space in the basement and the adults upstairs! Would definitely stay again. My only complaint was that we could have used more mirrors for getting ready each day, but we worked around it. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for my friends and I! Plenty of parking, safe, and close to restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and shops nearby. The host was very responsive to questions.

Great location in Provo

We didn't stay long, but this cottage definitely suited our needs. We were able to walk the older part of Provo, and felt safe. Plenty of bed space for our 4 young adult grandchildren and the two of us. Kitchen was outfitted well and a TV in each bedroom was nice. If we have a need to come back, I would try to stay here again.

Wonderful place for our family to stay. Close to food and shops. Very clean and beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of space to park. Great place for a couple families to share, two kitchens is a plus! The porch was a pleasant place to gather and relax. Highly recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Nice location in Downtown Provo.

Stayed here for a girls trip weekend to run the Utah Valley Half Marathon. The location for the race was perfect and it was wonderful being able to walk to everything in downtown.Parking was super easy and the checkin was simple. There were no checkout instructions so we followed standard things like taking out trash and cleaning all the dishes.Overall everything was lovely. The one unfortunate part was the Keurig did not work and not having coffee available was definitely a bummer. I notified the manager but never heard anything back. Also there was no laundry detergent which was not a big deal because it was a short trip. But it the description stated there would be some available. All in all it was great for what we needed it for. Amanda

We stopped in and out

We stopped on our way from LA to Yellowstone for one night on the way up and on the way back. The bungalow is sweet, cozy, modern, very clean and met all our needs for 3 friends traveling. I Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
