"We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. "I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore"

"⭐ Review of Domes Noruz Chania, Crete — 10/10 Domes Noruz Chania is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10."

"Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"
