"Room is comfortable. Staff in check in was good. My key did not always work last night and this morning. I was afraid to go out later last night in case my key doesn’t work and there’s not always someone at the reception desk. No staff this morning at 10 am when I left. I just left the key at the desk."

"Has a lift we did not have a car but if you did the parking was easy. Easy access into the city as the bus stop close by, The breakfast was delicious. Lovely place to stay"

"Had a great shower with good water pressure and very hot water. Small room, but tidy and clean. Very close to everything. Would stay again."

"Whilst walking the Camino Frances, it was a welcoming stay from Alberques. Very good location, restaurants, shopping and bars are all working 10 mins walk. There are no washing machines here, but I was welcome to go to one of their other properties to use their facilities at no cost. The Air conditioning was inconsistent, noisy and did not cool the room. Other than that, I had a good stay. Victoria, at the front desk was very helpful with directions, speaks English, French and Spanish."
