Bliss

Lovely house in a beautiful tranquil setting
This is a lovely house in a beautiful setting with the marina at the end of the garden. The house has everything you could wish for. Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and lots of information about the house and area is provided. We enjoyed the kayak and explored both the marina and the lakeside and use of the bikes was an added bonus. I wouldn't recommend the windsurf board as a paddleboard though as was suggested! The garden was a little neglected and the garden furniture a little tired but this didn't detract from a brilliant week. Thank you The garden was looking a

Lovely house / Beautiful location
Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well presented just as in the photographs and the Port Ripaille estate was well maintained with a nice club house and sports facilities. I would love to keep a boat there as the lake was calm and very picturesque

A seasoned traveller, who is somewhat difficult to please ;)
What an amazing location! Part of me doesn't actually want to advertise this special place but it wouldn't be fair to keep it such a secret. Booked as a surprise birthday treat for a picky seasoned traveller, a child and someone who likes downtime as much as adventure this place has it all. Holger and his family have a fabulous place, with everything to accommodate all ages. The only wish was not being able to meet them and thank them personally in opening up their house in its beautiful surroundings. However, a big 'shout-out' to their neighbours, who made our Saturday extra special. Thank you! Tips - Kayak the canals and lake, but not two days in a row....you will ache the next day! Get out when it's sunny. Don't leave rubbish/food out the front, the bears will destroy the bins ;) Book into the restaurant early. Great burger's and atmosphere at roundabout just before Port entrance. Brush up on your French, you'll need it :) Most of all, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and lovely people, because you will have to leave.

Relaxing vacation surrounded by nature
This house was a wonderful surprise for much needed relaxation and escape. The house was well equipped for all our needs, kitchen equipment and dishes were much more than the usual minimum provided in other properties so our meal preparation was a breeze. There is a small grocery store by the neighbouring camp ground and bigger stores in town. The available sport equipment exceeded our expectations and we used it to enjoy the surroundings. Due to time limitations of our stay we explored the area by bike only (4 different sizes available) and wished we had more time to kayak around in the kayak sitting in the front of the house. The views from the front yard on the canal with yachts and people coming a going put us immediately in a relaxing mood. Waking up in the morning to the singing of the birds and our walks in the natural reserve where the property is located to witness hundreds of different birds in the water, on the pond, swimming, flying, playing was a special treat. We all wished we could stay longer. The only wish we had was to have a map of the resort before our arrival as despite the instructions we got lost in the maze of little roads of the port looking for the property.

Well equipped & nice location
This house is amongst the best equipped we have ever rented, including use of canoe, bikes + racket sport stuff. (Canoe exploration of the port and lake was enjoyed by all the family.). Large BBQ was also great and the port complex its-self has a good sized pool that i was not expecting. We enjoyed the nearby public pool complex in Thonon and rented some paddle boards from there and also visited the nearby Chateaux on a rainy day.

Une jolie location dans un endroit atypique
Un très beau et agréable séjour : petite villa très propre, bien équipée, très bien située. L'endroit est paradisiaque : le lac Léman à quelques mètres dans un village lacustre. Extraordinaire ! Les hôtes sont facilement joignables et réactifs aux demandes. Un grand merci.

Lage des Objektes war für uns optimal. Direkt am Genfer See mit Zugang zum See und an der anderen Seite am Kanal. Die Ausstattung des Objektes war für ein Ferienhaus der zweckmäßig und die Organisation und Beschreibungen waren sehr hilfreich.

Fantastic week at the port
We enjoyed a week in the port. The children loved the swimming pool and playing table tennis and petanque at the club and canoeing / swimming in the beautiful lake. The house is really comfortable with everything you want in a holiday, including having dinner in the garden with the water next to you. Recommended!

Un lieu charmant
La maison est vraiment très moderne avec tout le confort nécessaire pour y séjourner agréablement à quatre personnes. La vue sur la marina depuis le jardin ou la baie vitrée est apaisante. La maison est située à deux pas d'une plage de galets au bord du Léman. L'endroit est vraiment superbe. Malgré le temps capricieux, nous avons pu profiter des activités, notamment le tennis gratuit à 5' et le minigolf à un quart d'heure. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Trois magnifiques journées.
Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans cette petite maison à la fin du mois de février 2021. Le lieu est totalement envoûtant et reposant. La maison est dans un excellent état, propreté parfaite et très bien équipée. Il ne nous a manqué de rien. Je recommande fortement.

Gerne wieder!
Wir waren eine Woche im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand und das Paddelboot haben wir bei tollem Wetter besonders genossen.

nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison moderne où rien ne manque; elle est située au bord de la réserve naturelle et de la plage, au calme. le BBQ extra et la cuisine très complète nous ont permis de faire d'excellents repas. les procédures de départ et d'arrivée sont impeccables grâce à Cathy; à signaler la qualité des informations envoyées par le propriétaire ( ce qui est très rare ! )

Pavillon à quelques mètres du lac, conforme aux photos et descriptif. Rénové avec de bonnes prestations. Le + : les vélos laissés à disposition permettant de rejoindre le parc de la Châtaigneraie en 10 minutes ! La plénitude.
Partir en paddle du ponton au bout du jardin , retrouver les eaux tranquilles du lac, contempler les lumières du couchant dans le calme absolu. La maison toute neuve ou rien ne manque , de la musique bose wifi à la nespresso en passant par toute les poêles et ustensiles d excellentes qualités. Bref. le bonheur.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt und das liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Der schöne und nicht überlaufene Kieselstrand ist in 2 Minuten erreicht und die Gegend bietet sehr viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal da. Vielen Dank für alles.

Notre séjour à Thonon a été super! La location est vraiment très bien, comme sur les photos, c'est au calme et reposant et merci à M. Hoffmann de nous permettre de profiter des vélos, du canoë, des raquettes de ping pong et tennis. Un très beau séjour et une location que nous recommandons.

Nous avons tout aimé : le port Ripaille avec toutes les activités (piscine, bateau, aire de jeux, ...), la plage juste à 2 min à pied, les balades en vélo (il y a même une remorque pour les enfants !), la maison ou rien ne manque... Déjà réservé pour l’annee prochaine !

Superbe découverte
Port Ripaille est vraiment à découvrir. Tout est présent pour passer de bonnes vacances : la marina pour naviguer sur le Léman, bien sûr, mais aussi l'environnement reposant, boisé et sécurisé. Nous avons profité en famille du kayak pour naviguer, des vélos pour aller à Thonon et au château de Ripaille par la piste cyclable, du terrain de badminton, des jeux pour enfants... La maison a été entièrement rénovée et est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien !

SUPER EQUIPE , UN HAVRE DE PAIX
Cette maison de vacances, récemment rénovée offre tout le confort souhaité pour passer d'agréable vacances , à 4 ou 6 personnes. La déco est moderne, le poêle à granulé super pour les soirées un peu fraiches. Canoé, vélo, raquette.....jeux ....tout y est pour passer un agréable moment au bord de l'eau , très proche de la montagne. Merci pour la dame qui nous accueille , elle est très serviable. Jolie adresse pour ceux qui aiment la proximité de l'eau et la vue sur les bateaux. Résidence au calme.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt - den eigenen Bootssteg und die gleichzeitige Nähe zum See fanden wir super. Die Möglichkeit, Kanu und Standup-Brett nutzen zu können, ist ein echter Pluspunkt.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns super gut gefallen. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser ist sehr erholsam. Man kann aber in der Umgebung auch sehr viel unternehmen, wandern, Rad fahren, shoppen gehen, ein Schloss besichtigen u.v.m.

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine tolle Lage direkt am See und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm und gemütlich macht; vom Fruchtsaftmixer bis zum Pelletskamin. Die Umgebung bietet viele interessante Ausflugsziele auch für Kinder.
