Beautiful setting with exceptional property. A bit out of the way and no dinner restaurant. Still rate very highly because of other amenities and staff recommendations for restaurant.

In my error I thought the room was 94 euro for 2 nights. It is definitely not worth 94 euro a night. 5 minutes down the road my friends were staying at full board for 80 euro a night in a proper hotel not someones renovated house. To add to this the place is very far off the beaten track. Restaurant is about 1.4km away. Wont be staying here again and again remember to double check your final total as you only see the nightly price. The owner in my opinion wants the friendliest host who is perhaps why it also left a bad feeling. Glad to be leaving

The room was clean and comfortable. My boys loved the bunk beds. The service was excellent. The hotel owner was very nice. Breakfast was good with a beautiful view.

This hotel was very clean, friendly, quiet and safe. Make sure you have GPS a little hard to find, but worth it. Lovely view and nice breakfast I would definitely return

Very Pleasant Stay
Very nice, clean rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Lots of room for kids to run around. Beautiful setting.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip. New nice clean hotel. Still a bit away from main road but i will still consider it a hidden gem .

Great stop for Salzburg
Easy to find and close to the motorway. It's a little off the beaten track but well sign-posted. Distance to Salzburg is manageable in a car and parking in Salzburg is fine despite what the tourist info website suggested. Pension David is pleasant and welcoming, rooms were well refurbed, shower was great, breakfast average. There's no real bar area so a drink after a long drive was taken in the deserted restaurant but this is only a minor quibble. Service was excellent and the view of the mountains is fabulous.
