"After a small hiccup at check-in, the rest of the time there was excellent! The room was very clean, the staff were lovely but the thing I appreciated the most was how the transport organised by the hotel was totally transparent. The sign on the reception desk made the options and payment amounts very clear. The driver we were assigned was courteous and friendly. "

"Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay. "

"Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience."
