The staff was amazingly helpful, being English speaking was a terrific bonus. The room was adorable with outside balconies. They personally greeted me when I arrived. Room was clean and pretty. I would stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay and our room. Everything went well my only feedback would be to please broom the rooms daily, during our entire stay we wore socks because there was dirt/crumbs/debris on the floor of our room that was very noticeable. Aside from that the staff was nice enough and the rooms were nice/quiet.
By far, one of the best Hotels we’ve ever booked. Lovely place, excellent and friendly staff, very accommodating with our timing. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will be back soon
This a small hotel located fairly close to the Zocalo but outside the more touristy areas. It is clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff is very helpful.
There is a good cafe attached to the hotel, although the service and food quality has dropped since we were there two years ago.
The rooms with a street view are noisy.
We recommend the Nuni restaurant around the corner. Very reasonable prices and excellent food.
The hotel has super comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed on the second floor and beautiful high ceilings. It's very clean. The air conditioning and heat work just fine. Most of the staff, especially the ones who work during the day, are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a small, good restaurant on the ground floor. There are no other facilities that I could find. The hotel is at the edge of the Centro Historico, and thus, pretty quiet and safe to walk around at night. There are some good restaurants nearby.
It was a good experience, with a big, beautiful room just as adviced. The only problem was with the phone line. No matter what I tried, the phone system always cut me off under a "verify your phone line" message. At the counter, the laday acknowledge the issue, but had no solution. I did not bring an auto with me, so I cannot say anaything regarding the parking, but in anyway, it seems a complicated thing, because the hotel has not even a drop-off area in front of it. Better go there by taxy.
Property was great, the only thing is that there is no coffee available until the shop next to reception opens (8:00 am). Would love to stay there again only if there were coffee in the rooms. Staff was great, big shout out to maintenance guy and door guy.
This boutique hotel es a renovated historical building. It is very comfortable and well decorated. The staff is very helpful and the restaurant associated with the hotel has excellent coffee and a great selection of breakfast options and juices.
