「Everything was excellent; - location in the old town - quiet area but minutes walk from all the attractions, shops and restaurants, - large, clean and well maintained room - staff helpfulness, - breakfast, with good selection of fresh produce, - rooftop bar and sitting area to retire to and soak up some sunshine. Thoroughly recommend it.」

「A very central location in the old town, we were treated with a friendly warm welcome from the reception staff, helpful with recommendations for both the hotel as well as the local area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The roof top terrance has an amazing view across the city, the pool whilst small was a welcomed refresh during hot days, the surrounding terrance was very well equipped with loungers, towels and refreshments. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.」

「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel was missing many of the fine details you would expect from a five star property. On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology. The rooms also lacked the level of comfort and quiet you would expect at this price point. The doors felt thin and offered very little...

「A great find for our city break in Palma. Hotel staff and welcome was second to none. Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the roof up bar with Cathedral views. Would recommend and definitely return when next in Palma.」
