The property had everything I needed and the internet service worked very well. It is a well kept establishment. It was the beginning of May but I didn’t pay as much as what they could have charged for such a popular tourist location.

We always stay here when we come to cannon city! The owner is lovely, keeps the rooms/grounds very clean. Rooms are high quality and wonderful breakfast room/food/coffee/juices!

very cute old school motel, with nice view of park and river. if you are noise sensitive, the busy highway is just outside your door too so bring sound cancelling device. proprietess is very friendly and thoughtful, beds comfortable.

Parkview Inn Motel in Cañon City, Colorado. It is an excellent value, especially for the comfort and service provided. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows, which made for a very restful night.
The breakfast was also very good and a nice way to start the day. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, making the experience feel warm and personal.
Overall, Parkview Inn Motel is a great choice in Cañon City if you are looking for comfort, good service, and great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Very handy - as in right across the street - from the Royal Gorge Route Railroad station and Veterans/Centennial Parks. Though a step back toward the old roadside motor hotels, the small room was a perfect landing spot for a one-night stay! Very reasonable, clean, and well maintained.

A gem of a motel in Canon City!
The decor was so nice, and the mattress was very comfortable. They had a nice Continental breakfast reminiscent of Europe! The coffee was quite good...not typically the case at most motels/hotels.
We brought our bikes, and this motel is very close to the bike trails that we rode and the main street with numerous shops and restaurants.
The staff was so friendly and nice. Overall, very impressed and will return!

I stayed in room 123. It was clean. There was a very strong smell of chlorine? The room is over the hospitality suite. It may have been next to the pool at one point (there is not currently a pool on site). Other than that it was a nice place—great location! I could walk to almost everything of interest to me.
