This is a nice motel, the rooms are a little small but very clean and the beds are very comfortable!!! The breakfast is just cereal and beagles and such. But overall I would stay there again.

Small old-school motel that is kept meticulously clean. Comfortable mattress, lots of cable TV options including local channels. A modest breakfast (no meats or eggs) but what was offered was of good quality, and the coffee was surprisingly some of the best hotel coffee I've had in years (although the pot ran out, and we couldn't find anyone around to refill it). The property is just around the corner from the old downtown area with several appealing restaurants (try the BBQ just around the corner), and it is a very short walk to the scenic train ride station. We'd gladly stay here again.

The motel was directly across the street from the Royal Gorge Train Depot...easily walkable, although there is also lots of free parking at the Depot. Several restaurants also in walking distance, The room has been updated and was very nice. The manager gave us a late checkout of an extra hour to accommodate our schedule. Would be very pleased to stay here again!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay last week. We were only there 2 nights, but I could have stayed a full week ( or more ) The beds are extremely comfy. The owner is absolutely lovely. She gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat dinner both nights and they were outstanding. St Cloud and Antithesis were both top notch. Our room was extra clean, it smelled fresh and the continental breakfast was very substantial. I enjoyed the outside dining option on the breakfast patio. When I return to the area I look forward to rebooking here. The charming shops one street over were delightful and Christy’s coffee house is a must, Again, the owner was very welcoming and offered great suggestions on things to do nearby. 10 out of 10!! 🌟
