Rooms was in good shape; newer stuff. Comfee bed and pillows. Breakfast as above average having hot servings of eggs, potatoes, sausage, gravy and biscuits. If hotel is full can be a bit noisy with late arrivals.

Bathtub walls had holes where water was leaking in. Wall shampoo's seem unsanitary. Toilet kept running. Told front desk. They said to pull up on lever, which worked, but obviously they knew was broken. Check in area was filthy with layer of dust all around computers. Disappointed.

Left a previous review of the first night, second night was way better, no one running up and down the halls all night, forgot to mention their free breakfast was awesome, tons of variety, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc., other than the lack of sleep the first night, overall a good experience, very close to my nephews house, so very convenient

Well for 1 the hot tub was covered so it appeared not to be functioning and the pool wall looked nasty. Also, 1 of the beds appeared not to be clean as the sheets and pillows were grey colored looking. I was so looking forward to the hot tub too.

This was my 1st time staying in Pueblo West!. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. The only downside to this hotel is the towels and rags needed to washed in some type of bleach. The towels and rags are very stained. I actually had to go and buy my own at the Walmart across the highway. They need new towels and rags or wash them in some type of bleach/disinfectant solution. I didn’t not use any of the towels and ragas. They looked dirty and ding.
