The staff are all very friendly and helpful, I speak very little Spanish and most of the staff did not speak English but they tried their best to communicate and help with any questions I had. Overall had a great stay! "

"The property was not very clean. The staff seemed new or not interested in working. Young lady at reception was sleeping and room had bugs. Water pressure was surprisingly good. Room was made up to look clean but was not tye cleanest. Toilet was dirty. Hotel staff made a huge deal of checking out not wanting to return id because they need me to go up to retrieve the towels. If this was a known thing for check out then we would have taken the towels down"
