The room was clean and the cold ac. Check in staff were pushy. She asked 3 times what tours we were going on. She spoke loading and fast. My English isn’t perfect and when I asked her to slow down and repeat herself, the manager was giggling. You have provide your room key as collateral forms beach towel. They also want to know exactly what time you are having breakfast each day ahead of time. I will not stay here again. The location is perfectly central though in downtown.

I take this opportunity to clarify why we always ask for our guests' activities and estimated breakfast time. By knowing at what time you will have breakfast, we will be able to have everything ready and fresh on the table by the time you sit down to eat. Knowing which activity or tour you will be doing helps us to coordinate daily cleaning with our housekeeping staff, give recommendations and have beach towels ready for you in case needed (we also know which boat tours provide towels and which don't, so we can let you know and you can be prepared). In no way are we wanting to be invasive, our only premise is to be able to provide personalized service. None of us are native English-speakers. We try our best to speak clearly, but it is absolutely fine to ask us to repeat or clarify. If there was any confusion or chuckling, it was in no way directed towards you. We are sorry for having made you feel this way. Best regards

Hotel Acacia was fantastic. It's the perfect location, clean spacious rooms that they tidy for you every day. The breakfast included is delicious. The staff is truly amazing. They noticed my birthday was coming up after asking to see my passport at check in and surprised me with a cake and candle for my birthday breafast. Everyone is helpful and thoughtful. I really loved my stay here.

We stayed at Hotel Acacia for 6 nights, and we were extremely pleased with its clean rooms, excellent staff, and delicious breakfast! The hotel is perfectly situated in Puerto Ayora, walkable to everything in town. The hotel crew also connected us to an agency that helped us book day tours, with which we embarked on the tours to North Seymour and Pinzón. They also helped us coordinate transportations to and from the airport. Our trip to the Galapagos was made perfect by Hotel Acacia! Thank you!!

The Acacia is absolutely everything a boutique hotel should be. The small staff, led by Carolina could not have been more welcoming. Our room was on the smaller side but very well designed to be comfortable and useful. Pool area is tranquil and very beautiful. Breakfasts were fantastic cooked and served fresh. The property is a short half block from the main waterfront area. There was also great laundry service at $2 a kilo that made the rest of our trip much more convenient. Could not recommend this experience more highly. Absolute excellence.

Encanto.
Hotel pequeno e calmo. Otima localizacao. Atendimento agradavel. Quando temos que sair cedo, antes do café, para os passeios, eles preparam uma cesta de alimentos para levar-mos. São muito atenciosos. Só teve um problema em usar a hidromassagem. A funcionaria teve problemas em liga-la. Parece que havia um problema com a Hydro, Ele nao tem serviço de bar e restaurante mas, 1 rua abaixo estão localizados todos os restaurantes.

Querida Maria,Gracias por su comentario y por dejar una reseña de nuestro hotel, fue un gusto para nosotros recibirlos durantes su visita a nuestras maravillosas Islas, lo sentimos por el inconveniente con el jacuzzi, tratamos de solucionarlo lo más rápido posible pero lamentablemente ya había terminado su estadía cuando fue reparado, pero de igual manera gracias por la retroalimentación.
