"We enjoyed our 6-night stay at Ariana's. The apartment was large and comfortable. Bedroom air conditioners were whisper quiet. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its soft breezes. It’s a 20 minute walk to the big tortoise statue and a few minutes more to the Mlecon, or a 2 taxi ride."

"The place is perfect in every way, clean , spacious, great kitchen, comfortable beds, also the laundry facility is so helpful for longer stay. The host communication is excellent, immediate responds, great recommendations for the activities and local eats, location is also good , 10-15 minutes to walk to town center. we enjoyed our stay very much. highly recommend this place."

"We had an excellent experience at Five minutes from the malecon Santa Cruz - Puerto Ayora. The property is brand new, very secure, and perfectly located. What truly made our stay special was our host, Gaby. She was always available, attentive, and ready to help us with anything we needed.
Had we known about this place earlier, we would have booked it for our entire stay in Santa Cruz. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the island — it’s a gem!"

"I stayed in 3 separate rooms, trying to find something acceptable. The rooms smelled musty and were covered in mold. The air conditioning was moldy and spread mold everywhere when turned on. In one room it looked like the ceiling was going to fall in on itself. There were huge cockroaches, live wires in the shower, branches protruding through the windows etc. over the course of my stay I broke out in a rash and started having respiratory issues. The front desk offered to change my room, then...
