  The cleaning supplement will be charged as an additional cost on top of the total amount shown on the booking.Fantastic studio, recently renovated, tastefully decorated and very cosy. You can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and views from its terrace, both of the sea and the silhouette of the coast of Martiánez, where the beach and the "Lagos Martiánez", the famous saltwater pools, are located. This accommodation has all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. Ocean Cliffs owes its name to the cliff where it is located and from where you can have these wonderful views. It is the perfect option to disconnect from work, or for the opposite and enjoy a few days of rest, thanks to the tranquility of the surroundings and the Wifi connection offered by the accommodation. Located in the quiet residential area of La Paz, just a few minutes from the Botanical Gardens. With a multitude of restaurant options in the surrounding area, as well as a supermarket and bus/taxi stop 5 minutes away, with a direct link to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast. - The building has a lift to floor 2. To get to our accommodation (104) you have to go down a short flight of stairs to floor 1. - Located in the quiet residential area of La Paz, a few minutes from the Botanical Garden. With a multitude of dining options in the surroundings, as well as a supermarket and bus stop 5 minutes away, with a direct link to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast.

Gutes Mittelmaß

Grundsätzlich kein schlechtes Apartment, der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Allerdings stört der enorme Abflussgeruch schon, trotz starkem Lüften ist der leider nicht verschwunden. Außerdem ist die Lage ein wenig schwierig, wenn man kein Mietauto zur Verfügung hat - zum Strand läuft man eine Weile. Aber die Gastgeber waren nett, einfach zu kontaktieren. Wir waren für zwei Tage da, das war in Ordnung.
