"The hotel experience was exceptional, particularly the culinary team at Ventanas, The steak house restaurant did not delivered my expectations, the concierge didnt had knowledge of on-site activities and the provision of accurate information for amenities such as the golf course. We commend the outstanding service provided by PALOMINO and the water park facilities."

"Everything was perfect and as-described. Being able to hear the waves rolling onto the beach from the Bungalow was incredible, as was enjoying morning coffee right on the beach. The pool added to the enjoyment and was the perfect place to cool down after a long day exploring the island. The only suggestion would be to utilize an electronic locking system to avoid the need for the physical key and meeting with the Property Manager at arrival. We loved this trip and would definitely return to the same Bungalow again!"

"We're so grateful to Simona for this stay! After our prior stay turned out to be a health hazard, we found her property, contacted her about moving in immediately, and she was amazingly accommodating and helpful. Her place is great – we loved the rooftop, there's plenty of space, it's clean, everything worked... basically how a stay should be! It's very close to some lovely beaches and the ferry, and we highly recommend it!"
