“El lugar no es malo, pero los costos son elevados a pesar que no era temporada alta y la comunicación es pésima ya que demoran mucho en responder y no me refiero al personal, si no a ala gerencia ya que ellos son los que deciden o autorizan. “Great AC and hit water shower. These are must for us in hot and humid weather. Chdck in instruction was not accurate. No room number and wrong door code Fortunately, Blanca the staff was able to greet us and took us to our room with the right code. Very roomy and good view with a private bath and shower. Note that the bathroom has open top exposed to outside and was very warm. Also, you need to get used to occasional giant ants crawling on the floor. Just keep the room clean and they don't……

“We enjoyed a third floor room with a large terrace. The room had an air conditioner and a small kitchen. The hotel grounds were beautiful and filled with birds and a cute cat or two. Nice pool, but the pool was kind of warm which is I guess to be expected. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops and bars. We could see the ocean from our Terrace”

“This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod……
