Solid hotel
Place has characte and a nice vibe. Some motorcycle noises at night, but on the edge of town so not a major problem. Walking distance to bakery and restaurants.

Perfect little hotel
Very sweet little.hotel. Very basic but met all our expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very central to everything. We would recommend it

Very great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, and very close to the bakery from which the tour departs (its around the corner).

Best hotel in Puerto Jimenez
Sparkling clean, and everything in great condition. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. There was always someone available who spoke English well.

The main issue that the guest had, was that the beds were wet due to the rain. It seems that the water was filtering from the roof due to rainy season. For some reason, the guest was not able to get warm water in the shower.

Buen día, honestamente estamos muy tristes de recibir esta valoración, primeramente nos gustaría explicar que el tema de las lluvias fue una situación que se salió de control en todo el pueblo, tanto así que incluso dos de los puentes principales del pueblo sufrieron problemas graves en sus estructuras, las lluvias fueron muy fuertes y constantes, el problema que tuvimos fue en varias habitaciones, sin embargo una de las dueñas que fue la que te atendió nos comenta que inmediatamente que supo del problema te paso de habitación a una mejor, incluso una que era de una categoría superior a la que reservaste, sin ningún costo adicional, con respecto al agua caliente no sabemos nada al respecto, debido a que no nos lo hiciste saber, podríamos haberte ayudado también a solucionar ese otro problema, de verdad estamos tristes con el comentario debido a que nosotros si luchamos por buscarte las mejores e inmediatas soluciones, te pedimos una disculpa por el inconveniente en nuestro hotel pero fue un acontecimiento que se salía de nuestras manos e hicimos lo mejor posible por tu bienestar.

Good choice
Lovely staff, very helpful and made this stay a really nice experience. Clean and comfortable room, this was all we expected and a little more. It does get a little noisy in the evenings thanks to a nearby karaoke or something. If you are sensitive I would not recommend.

Nice accommodation in PJ
Very nice accommodation if you are for a simpler place, but with all the necessary things, and even aircon, and very nice staff. We had room #1 which even has a balcony. Recommended !

Very nice staff
They were so helpfull, we even could leave our car for 3 days (during our trekking) just outside the hotel. Very nice staff- thank you :)
