“The room was good for what we used it for. I was not a fan of the bathroom set up. I was no privacy to the rest of the bathroom, or the suite. Believe the price should have been more affordable. ”

“Sota was very pretty has their own cenote. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and very nice. Derrick the chef was excellent. ”

“The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I……

“We had such a great stay from February 2nd to February 8th. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured. Spacious, beautiful, and with amazing views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate each day. Our butler, Fernando, and the GM, Cesar, were truly exceptional. They checked in on us regularly and made sure we felt taken care of the entire time. The level of service really stood out. The resort is peaceful and leans toward a quieter, more mature……

“The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. “I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone……

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……
