The Space:
Welcome to Casa Katalina, your laid-back retreat steps from the beach and wrapped in nature. This second-floor condo is part of a quiet, adult-only complex with just five units, giving you a peaceful place to unwind with a touch of local charm.

Inside, the space is open, airy, and simple, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living and dining area flows into a bright kitchen that’s stocked with the basics—perfect for brewing coffee in the morning or blending up something tropical in the afternoon.

The main spaces:

- A bright and airy KITCHEN that has the basics that you’d need. We’ve included a coffee maker with some coffee to get you started and a blender to prepare some afternoon mixers.

- A DINING TABLE to enjoy those home-cooked meals.

- 3 BEDROOMS and 2 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed

- A FULLY-FENCED BACKYARD with a pool!

- PARKING at the property for 1 vehicle.

The vibe here is calm and easygoing—whether you're soaking up sun, biking to town, or spending the day at the beach, you’ll always come home to a space that feels relaxed and inviting.

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the condo during your stay, plus the communal rooftop lounge, ground-level pool, and spa tub (not heated).

The Neighborhood:
Casa Katalina is tucked into a peaceful corner of Puerto Morelos, just off the main road that connects Cancun to Tulum. It’s quiet enough to feel like a true escape, but close enough to everything you might need.

You’re only a short walk or bike ride from the beach and the heart of Puerto Morelos—a laid-back fishing village with colorful streets, local shops, and some of the best seafood spots around. Stop by Cantina Habanero or Las Koras for something casual and delicious, or explore the beachside bars with live music.

Need groceries? Chedraui is a quick drive away. Want to venture further? You’re in a great spot for exploring the Riviera Maya—cenotes, snorkeling trips, and beach clubs are all within easy reach.

This area is all about slowing down, soaking up nature, and enjoying the simple pleasures. Whether you're relaxing on the sand or heading out for an adventure, you'll feel the local charm everywhere you go.

Casa Katalina is an adult-only property. The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 and the minimum age to stay at the property is 21.

Guests will need to climb stairs.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.

Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Other Things to Note:
Visitors are not permitted. Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed access to the complex.
