「Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was...
