“First time stay at Sonoran Sea Resort. Pleasantly pleased with the amenities provided and the cleanliness of the property. Every staff member was friendly. Had just the right amount of people on the property to where it wasn’t too crowded. I gave a 3 star for communication. 1. had a question regarding payment to management few weeks before leaving and they never responded, asked again through VRBO and eventually was able to communicate my concerns with management. I’m just guessing but maybe it……

“Check in took about an hour. Because we booked from Expedia it goes to a private check in. Which I have never experienced. So the people at the resort have no part of the check-in process…You have to make sure that you sign an agreement directly with the host of the property. Which I had no idea about. It was definitely frustrating.”
