The open, inviting common area includes a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests, allowing the loft to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children under 4 years old.

Enjoy the shared BBQ area with seating and a shaded space, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing after a day of exploring. If you want the true rocky point experience, this is a great place to stay. You are in the heart of malecon and basically on top of all of the best restaurants, shops and clubs. The house itself is in a great gated common area that felt safe and had plenty of areas to enjoy the weather from. This is how to experience the real rocky point vs a resort.
