“The property was clean but there was parts of it that were under maintenance and it was near the pool area so you couldn’t help but notice it, there was a vending machine with useful items however the machine was out of order, the wifi never worked and that was very frustrating because our signal was down for the majority of our trip and we couldn’t connect like we thought we’d be able to. When i checked out i asked for my receipt and noticed they charged me $30 for a bag of ice even tho i never……

“Always use this hotel to take my family but this time they gave a club right next door and was so loud until 3 am. Usually I won’t mind but I had my kids with me. We might have to go to another hotel next time.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning was a personal minisplit so the temperature was always right. I wish we had had time to swim in the beautiful, huge pool. We will return”

“Room was some what clean, staff not friendly at the checking we were not informed a lot of things, the beach was not that great, the mattress in our room not very comfortable, it needs to be changed and the resort it self very nice, but the rest not very nice, it was very quite.”
