This is a modern three-bedroom with two bathrooms house perfect for a family or friends getaway with gated parking. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities, video games, and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with 32” smart Tv and easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy with walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfy single size beds with a nightstand and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with two single size bed and a trundle bed and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven . You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart tv with streaming service like Netflix, Disney Plus, and you can will find a nintendo Wii for kids entertainment.

The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board. While I'm fully responsible for my property and its facilities as with any home, I cannot be held responsible for extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.
