Quick family get away

Took our 14 year old autistic son, my 78 old dad and my daughter, location was great. The showers had some issues draining other than that the condo was great.

Outdated

The couches need to be replaced. They were a swayed material and they just looked really dirty and gross. We had to put blankets over them so we could sit on them without feeling dirty. We also didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed. Some of the kitchen knives had broken tips. The drier would turn off in the middle of the cycle. The battery in the smoke detector in the master bedroom was chirping when we got there. We reported it to the front desk but maintenance never came to replace the battery. Overall this condo has a beautiful view and the second floor made it easy to go back in forth from car or the beach. But I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d look for a more updated condo.

Great property

We really enjoyed the property, the room was fantastic. It was very spacious for our needs. There was a great view, easy access to the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Hoping it was better

We've stayed at this resort before, but in a different condo. This particular condo was not as well taken care of as our first place. To start off there were no hand towels. I asked the front desk a few times and finally asked them to just give me some and I'll take them up myself. Next, the light bulbs need to be replaced. 4 bulbs were out and so It was very dim and dreary inside the condo at night. I made sure the bulbs were in all the way too, and they still didn't work. The few lights that did work in the condo were a strange yellowy tone. Yes, I told the front office about this too and they assured me someone would come replace the bulbs, but no one did. The ice trays had holes in them so we couldn't make ice. There was a dirty q-tip in the bathroom when we arrived! This condo is not taken care of. The biggest issue I had was not with the condo, but with another resident below us smoking ALL THE TIME. We were NEVER able to enjoy being on the balcony, unless we wanted to smell smoke the entire time. Gross! Yep, I told the front office about this as well and a security guard. There's signs all over that say No Smoking. I even told them what condo it was coming from. The staff was very nice, but they didn't take much action. I think we will try a different resort next time.

Nice Condo on the Beach

The Sonoran Spa may be one of the oldest on Sandy Beach but it's one of our favorites and this condo did not disappoint. Very cute, comfortable and nicely decorated. We took our three kids with this trip so the two singles in the second bedroom was a great addition. Nice location as well a little past the pools so not as noisy when we were ready for bed. Only small things like light bulbs in lamps didn't work and there were not extras plus the ceiling fan in the family room didn't work properly but my husband fixed that no problem. Bed in Master was not super comfy and thankfully we brought our own pillows but all in all it is a great place to stay and we will be back in the future. The Sonoran Grill is one of the best places to eat and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Angel at the front desk is awesome and very accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip.....we will either stay here or at the Sea.
