「I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to...

「This was an AWESOME stay…. We will always book this place on our trip to Cabarete for our non profit trips. Beautiful view of ocean- vaulted ceilings/ all comforts of home. The washer/dryer were a huge plus given our work during day in Barrio Blanco. Quick access to beach … pool lovely… walked everywhere.👌」

「The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The view to the pool was amazing and the staff at the Rizz were respectful and accommodating. The bed was comfy and will definitely stay at the Rizz again.」

「There was a problem with the Vrbo booking website, so there was some confusion concerning room, selection, and prices and dates. The manager Alexander took care of it immediately, and I was upgraded to the penthouse suite for the entire time. I enjoyed the staff as we tried to connect through our language barrier English in Spanish, but we had fun doing it. Julie and Miguel were my two favorite are Rizz Suites staff members. 」
