The area and facility is ok, the location is hidden and uneven pave to get there. But it’s close enough to convenient stores. The facility is clean and quiet.

The staff in the hotel is so great. They make sure you have everything you need at all times. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel itself is a little older, our room had a peculiar smell when we got it at the beginning. Fortunately it disappeared within a day. They offer different excursions from the Hotel which is very easy to book.

I had a great stay here back in 2019 however my stay here in 2023 was disappointing due to 2 noisy roosters that reside on the property and would wake me up at 4 in the morning. I strongly suggest that the owner prioritise his guests peace and quiet over his prized roosters.

restaurants bad internet would disappear as soon as you went in your room. Was never fixed to work. A/C barely kept room comfortable. Very noisy. Owner and staff live there and would cook eat and laugh until 1am in the morning. To many other places around to stay here again

People were drinking until late hours of the night and making a lot of noise, informed the owner on multiple days that the noise was excessive and keeping me up all night but nothing was done to correct the situation.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff that helped us find a tour guide and transportation, booked a king size bed but got a queen, wifi signal was bad in our room but the pros are a very clean room and great meals i would overall recommend this to my friends

Great location! Great Service! Great value!

While at the Mariafe Inn, I booked two tours and and van ride to El Nido. The staff handled everything and came to my door when the tour van ride arrived. To my surprise, we were one of the last people picked up and first to be dropped off during the tour days. Great air conditioned vans and responsible drivers. Breakfast was served promptly and always well prepared. The wifi could use improvement, but that has been the case of every place I've stayed at in the Philippines. When I reture to Puerto Princesa, I will definitely choose the Marife!

Better than expected for the price.

I chose this looking at all the similar price hotels in the area, and they all seemed the same. We got super lucky because walking past the other hotels in this area we realised this one was actually the best. The photos can be misleading! The staff especially were extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the area and beyond. Location is actually very good as it's near the centre of the city so it was easy to find restaurants and stores in walking distance. There's a thai massage 10mins walk behind the hotel and if you don't mind walking 20 mins, Robinsons Mall is one straight line. Otherwise tricycle can get you to both for cheap and quick. Room was clean and comfortable and sheets were changed everyday, they even have a laundry service! Highly recommended.
