“The apartment is small but enough space for a quick visit. Cleanliness was subpar. Found hair inside the bed and shower. I don’t understand how or why but the kitchen sink water gets steaming hot, yet bathroom shower water is always freezing cold. Absolutely no views from the apartment. The location is walking distance from La Placita and a few restaurants. Careful walking up and down the steep stairs to the apartment, huge liability.”

“The place was great in a great location beaches down the street restaurants are all around. If we needed something we would call and then get right back to us. Other than the parking we were told we weren't allowed to park in front of the building but there was several cars parked there and we have the email to prove it there was a minor hiccup the last day and a half that we were there there was a foul smell apparently coming from another apartment”

“It was my first time in Puerto Rico and this place was amazing, it was right next to the beach, a cute little beach bar, walking distance to cute little shops nightlife etc. The property was clean and communicated well. The guards were all friendly. The only downfall was the water rationing, but luckily the property had a water supply on a schedule so it wasn't that bad.”
