It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

El servicio del hotel fue excelente, siempre limpio todo. El personal, sin excepción, fué siempre muy amable. La comida de los buffets muy variada, muchos platillos, los restaurantes de especialidades, riquísimos. La playa muy limpia y con muchas palapas, siempre encuentras palapa y camastros. La alberca de muy buen tamaño y limpia, camastros siempre disponibles. Lo único que recomendaría sería una remodelada a alas habitaciones. En general, todo excelente!!!!

Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!

Worst experience ever,restrictions just to grab a drink..need to make reservations at restaurants and some were out of service..keep in mind it"s all inclusive.Roaches welcomed us to our room..immediately called expedia to cancel and was denied and no help at all.I was screwed for 2 nights.Never again booking with expedia.If you don't mind areas being swamped with tours buses,mediocre food,overpriced and subpar facilties..this is the place for you.

la habitación la utilizo un cliente mio acompañado de su esposa, con quise que dar bien y su esposa y resulta que el hotel terrible que olía a demasiada humedad y la cama super dura que mejor se retiraron del lugar y se fueron a otro hotel por lo que me vi pagando una mejor opción.
