"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "

Plenty of options to stay on the beach, go to the pool party right off the beach, lounge under the sun at a calmer infinity pool at a higher floor or hangout at the rooftop Skybar. "Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "
