The staff is amazing here, in every way. However the lower floors smelled like urine (they moved us to a higher floor which helped). The rooms window latch was broken so we couldn’t open the window.

We come down from BC half a dozen times a year and always stay at the Best Western Plus. The location is very convenient, it’s right off the I-5, and unlike so many other hotels that are off the highway in Bellingham, you don’t have problems with homeless people on drug addicts here.
