「Il responsabile ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto parcheggiare l’auto così da stare tranquilli per il nostro giro ai trulli. Ci ha anche dato molte indicazioni. La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda ed è un vero trullo. Molto carina e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Vicina alla zona di interesse raggiungibile quindi a piedi. 」

「Nice new hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very helpful when my travel companion became ill. Quick walk to the historical center and plenty of dining options nearby. Windows are soundproof. 「The hotel is gorgeous - Euro chic in a historic building - charming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, all of whom we met with were spectacular. 「¡Tenute Al Bano jamás defrauda! Cada vez que lo visitamos es mucho mejor. Un lugar ideal para relajarte en el corazón del Salento y sentirte como en casa. Nos trataron maravillosamente. El personal es excelente. Gracias a Mariana, Veronica, Gianni, Vito, Dino y Roberto (que nos salvó cuando se nos quedó la llave de la habitación dentro). Ahora, lo más maravilloso fue Al Bano, que lo vimos dos veces y es tan cercano, respetuoso e interesado por sus fans que sientes que estas hablando con un amigo...

「Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. 」

「Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The beach is not as portrayed, it was grubby and overcrowded, the sea was clean clear water. The food choices at both breakfast and dinner were varied and good, however hot options were never hot at best tepid. The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good . 「Nice hotel in a very nice location. The building has been renewed recently, the room is spacious, very clean. A good breakfast for an Italian hotel. The staff is very positive and helpful. 「I loved this place. The family who own it are genuine and hard working. We visited pre-season but they accommodated us and made us feel welcome. The estate itself is charming and its proximity to Gargano National Park and Vieste is a plus. The restaurant food was delicious.」

「We found the flat and places of the hotel nicely, at this time it was very calmless, we have had luck by the weather and so we have enjoyed the sunbeds, all in all, this place is okay for a rest, but in the city, there is nearly nothing to see.... 」

「The most stunning property with beautiful views. The staff is kind and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the restaurant was excellent for dinner - fairly priced for fine dining experience. Parking available on site, and staff speaks English. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay that we would highly recommend. 」
