「Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. 「I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. 」

「La ubicación me pareció bien pero no tienen una coordinación entre Expedia y la disponibilidad real del hotel luego que llegas te dicen que tu habitación está ocupada cuando se supone que si reservaste es porque estaba disponible y lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza el piso donde estaba mi habitación olía a trapeador podrido me imagino que usaron uno que no estaba limpio aparte una de las almohadas como que la uso un mecánico negra de sucia」
