"Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Positives first. The food was really good and fresh with changing options each night. Soecial mention for the grilled fish and meat. Room was good and comfortable. Big negative was the attitude of staff. Most never smile and when we got all inc drinks at the bar it was as if they had to pay for it themselves. I saw the manager loudly dress someone down at tea in a packed room. No matter the situation you take people aside privately and discuss. Entertainment was really poor. We had a split stay and the 3* we also stayed a week for was superior in every way. A real shame as we thought this would be a gem of a place. "

"The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of a forest , it is a little dated inside & could do with new utensils(kettle,toaster) . The new bathrooms were lovely , powerful showers .Air con was amazing , the finca itself has a lot of character . The pool is situated a little way from the finca & the views from pool are beautiful ! We did have a few issues during our stay , the pool water stained our clothing & inflatables , which unfortunately continued throughout our stay . Pool men came most days to try & help . Also after 10 days the cleaner had not been , we contacted host who offered for them to come the next day but as we only had 3 days left we declined the offer & asked for compensation for both issues ! All in all we enjoyed our stay , the hosts were quick to respond to our issues with the pool which we appreciated . But some times regarding other things could be a bit slow to respond ! Another thing we feel would be helpful is a welcome information pack / guestbook with info on the local area & the finca itself we have found these really helpful in other properties we have stayed in . Wi fi access good , property was a little hard to find so maybe in future a map pin could be given to help with this ! "

"Air conditioning system is very old and did not work in our room. Our stay was during August and the upper loft of the room was so hot, sleeping was impossible. Since there is no front desk support at night we could not get this corrected until the next day. A sleepless night to start our vacation was a bad start to our stay. "

"AIR conduction was not working properly, anything you wanted as simple as sleeper was extra charge and worse elevator was not working and they keep being dishonest to people as how long it’s not working. Plus zero beach. between hours of 4-7 no, means no food or drinks as if you want anything you need to get out of the hotel. "

"Great facilities for kids and good food options in buffet but would ah e liked more day time food options like bar food - burgers and snacks for kids etc "
