Great location in downtown Pula

Very clean and comfortable flat right by the main tourist strip in Pula. Several small grocery stores nearby, along with many restaurants, tourist stores, buskers, etc. Despite this, the flat is remarkably quiet. Great shower and much-appreciated air conditioning!

Not great. I wish I could share more positives, as the apartment’s location, space, and patio were decent. However, the check-in experience was a disaster. I hadn’t received check-in instructions beforehand, so I messaged the host early in the day but got no response. After several hours, I followed up again—still nothing. With no other option, I headed to the apartment, only to find it locked and no information on how to access it. Thankfully, a neighbor helped by calling the host, and after multiple attempts, the host finally answered, saying the keys were under the doormat. (This was fortunate, considering I somehow managed to get through the usually locked front door!) On top of that, several basic essentials were missing: no toilet paper, no window cover in the bedroom (I ended up using a towel), no coffee or machine, and no hand soap in the bathroom. In my opinion, these are all standard items that really make a difference when you’re traveling.

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr gut! Der große Balkon ist klasse, die gut eingerichtete Küche macht es leicht. Die vollständige Adresse müsste Uspon svetog Franje Asiskog 3 heißen, dann findet Google Maps sie auch (und damit wir).

Alles gut, ausser Parkplatz.

Objekt ist sehr gut. Problem: Parkplatzsuche! Besser sollte eine Vorbuchung durch Vermieter stattfinden. Schlecht: wir hatten keine Telefonnummer des Vermieters durch FeWo erhalten. Nur Dank Hilfe des örtl. Fremdenverkehrsamtes Vermieter vor Ort gefunden! Besser wäre die Kontaktnummer direkt an Kunden zu geben. FeWo Link hat bei uns nicht funktioniert!!!
