A charming, clean and comfortable house with everything you need. Great pool. Our children had a lot of fun. And our landlord was very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful holiday there.

Beautifull house near Pula.

I travel to Pula twice a year, and this was by far the best house i‘ve checked in all my times over there. The House is really comfortable and gives you everything you need for a nice stay. Its big enough to stay with 4-5 People Kristijan was a really nice host and made sure that everything was fine the whole time. The heated Pool and the Whirlpool are perfect to relax, even at days where it isnt that warm. The House is a little bit hidden on a bigger property, but you have still enough privacy. All in all it is a perfect spot to stay and i would love to come back.

Die Villa war schön, sauber und alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist top: Man ist in unter 15Min am Strand in Fazana und in Pula. Eine geniale BÀckerei erreicht man nach 5 Automin, ebenfalls in Fazana. Der Gastgeber war beim Check-In sehr zuvorkommend und auch sehr nett.Lediglich als der Pool fÌr 5 Tage ausfiel, hÀtten wir uns vom Gastgeber mehr Entgegenkommen und Empathie gewÌnscht. Nur durch regelm. Nachhaken beim Gastgeber und Eigeninitiative konnten wir den Pool wenigstens noch 2 Tage vor Abreise nutzen.

Tolles Haus, nah am Strand, Meer und nah zur Marina. Ein Boot zu mieten ist empfehlenswert. FÌr Hunde fÀngt hinter dem GrundstÌck ein kleiner Wald an. Perfekt zum Gass gehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zurÌckhaltend, wenn man eine Frage hat aber sofort zur Stelle. Er hat auch sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants usw. gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Es war wirklich alles super. Besonders toll waren die Kinderbetten und die HochstÃŒhle so hatten wir im Auto viel Platz. Haus und GrundstÃŒck sind sehr gepflegt und waren sehr sauber. In der Umgebung gibt es wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufen, Strand, Freizeitpark, Aquapark, Restautants usw.

Toller Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa Valerie. Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Empfang und die Betreuung war herzlich und sehr angenehm. Ein absolutes Traumhaus!

Das wunderschöne Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit direktem Zugang in den angrenzenden Wald. Ideal mit Hund! Wir wurden von Christijan sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen, mit gekÃŒhlten GetrÀnken und GebÀck. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber! Nach einer Woche bekamen wir neue HandtÃŒcher und BettwÀsche. Bei WÃŒnschen und Fragen reagiert Christijan zeitnah, dafÃŒr bedanken wir uns herzlich. Wir haben uns alle, in diesem Traumhaus wohl gefÃŒhlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Villa in perfekter Lage

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser wunderschönen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Villa sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und war bei Fragen/WÌnschen sofort zur Stelle. Auch fanden wir den Ausgangspunkt/die Lage sehr gut. Sowohl die Innenstadt Pula als auch der Strand sind in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. toller Urlaub, wunderschöne Villa !!

wir haben unsere Ferien in vollen ZÃŒgen in der Villa genossen. Alles war fÃŒr uns stimmig. Kristijan ist ein super Gastgeber und meldet sich immer kurz an, wenn er die Pool - Reinigung machen will. Sehr sympatisch ! Auch unsere HÃŒndin fÃŒhlte sich pudelwohl....zum spazieren direkter Waldanschluss hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen wieder !!

Ruhig gelegene, modern ausgestattete Villa. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, haben den Aufenthalt mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und zwei Hunden trotzdem sehr genossen! Der Vermieter war jederzeit schnell zur Stelle.

Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt dieses Hauses sind der beheizte Pool und Whirlpool sowie die WohlfÃŒhl-AtmosphÀre, die sich durch die schöne Einrichtung ergibt. Außerdem fanden wir, dass die Lage ein super Ausgangspunkt fÃŒr verschiedene AusflÃŒge (z. B. nach Rovinj, Kap Kamenjak etc.) ist. Wunderschön fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, von Stinjan komplett am Meer entlang nach FaÅ¡ana zu spazieren (ca. 45-minÃŒtiger Fußweg fÃŒr eine Strecke). Auch, dass sich ein BÀcker, der u. A. köstliches HefegebÀck verkauft, in der NÀhe des Hauses befindet, hat uns gut gefallen. Nicht zuletzt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefÃŒhlt, weil der Vermieter Kristjan sehr freundlich und sympathisch ist, uns stets Ausflugstipps geben oder andere Fragen beantworten konnte.
